Windows 10 Pro Features

Windows 10 combines the Windows you already know and adds great improvements you’ll love. Technologies like InstantGo1 let you boot up and resume quickly. And Windows 10 has more built-in security features than ever to help protect against malicious software.

With the Windows 10 Pro, you get the Windows 10 Home’s fundamental features and a lot more. You will get increased Windows sophistications in the connectivity and privacy tools with Group Policy Management, Domain Join, Remote Desktop, BitLocker, Assigned Access 8.1, Enterprise Mode Internet Explorer, Client Hyper-V, and Direct Access.

If your objective is to implement intensive workloads meant for businesses and secure your data with sophisticated protection, your choice should be Windows 10 Pro.

Multi-task like a master with the ability to snap four things on the screen at once. Screen getting crowded? Create virtual desktops to get more space and work with just the items you want. Plus, all your notifications and key settings are collected on one easy-to-reach screen.

Microsft Edge

Microsoft Edge. It’s the all-new browser to make the web work the way you do. Write or type directly on webpages and share your mark-ups with others. You’ll like the reading view that clears away distractions. There’s also an improved address bar to help you find things faster.

Screen optimization

The best screen is always the one you’re on, because Windows 10 Pro optimizes your experience for your activity and device. Onscreen features adapt for easy navigation and apps scale smoothly from the smallest to the largest displays.

Device recognition

Your Windows 10 Pro device recognizes you and acknowledges your presence in truly personal ways. With Windows Hello, your device greets you by name and lights up in recognition, waving you through log-in and freeing you from having to remember or type in a password.

Bitlocker and BitLocker to Go encrypt your data on your device and even on your USB drive, so you’re more protected.

Play your Xbox One games on your Windows 10 PC, laptop, or tablet. Use the Game DVR feature to record your greatest hero moves and send to your friends instantly, without leaving your game.

Cortana is your truly personal digital assistant who works across all your Windows 10 Pro devices to help you get things done. By learning more about you over time, Cortana becomes more useful every day, and finally staying transparent and keeping your trust.

Full install sealed DVD w/Key inside. The complete Install of Windows 10 Pro took 10 – 15 minutes. I have 4 DVDs & plan on ordering 10 more, so I an upgrade all our Laptop’s & my Desktop that has both a DVD R/W & a Blue-Ray R/W, which is for my TV in my living room. I’ve used a Flash Drive on one computer, which worked perfectly. On one computer that was about 7 years old, the USB Flash Drive wouldn’t work. I suspect it was because the BIOS had no USB on the list of Boot Devices, even though the computer recognized the OS on it. It just wouldn’t get past a step past the part of the install where you put in your product Key. It would just hang there. To install the OS, I ended up using one of the DVDs which picked up where the Flash Drive left off & only took 10 minutes

Its windows, so it is a bit intrusive, rigid in what it wants from the user and somewhat overly security conscious. Like most things the protections only inhibit those that arent trying to violate them. On the plus side its windows and works like windows. I am not a fan of the 10 platform but with a little looking around i found all the settings and customization tools i am used to seeing. I just want to make sure this is known about this particular oem version. Because i see a lot of reviewers maybe didnt catch it. This is for a blank slate system only. If you had previously installed windows on your machine and try to install this you will run into trouble. As well as stated not “supported” by microsoft as an oem the support falls upon the machine manufacturer not microsoft
