Refund Policy

Product guarantees

InstantWare provides a warranty period of 730 days for all products, starting from the date of purchase. Our customer support team can be contacted at any time for assistance regarding your order or the installation of the product.

InstantWare offers downloadable digital products. We do not sell physical products. Instead, the product is delivered via email, along with instructions on how to download/install the software.

Returns and Refunds

InstantWare provides a Return / Refund period of 730 days for all products.

Since no shipping is involved, returns will not be necessary. Instead, we will cancel your order and deactivate the product. A full refund of the amount paid will also be provided with no additional costs or fees.

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used by the customer within 48-72 hours after the request date. 

Replacements will be processed also within 48-72 hours after the request date.

Change of mind

Changed your mind about an item? A refund is possible within 48 hours of receipt. You’ll need to contact the InstantWare support team at [email protected], by chat or using the contact form, and ask for it. After verifying the product is still unused, we will proceed with a refund.

Defective products and general issues

  • If you have not received the product.
  • If for any reason we are not able to deliver.
  • If you received an incorrect product.
  • If the product is not working. 
  • If the product cannot be activated for any reason.
  • If the product cannot be used due to technical limitations that cannot be resolved through troubleshooting

 

In all the mentioned cases it is possible to request a replacement or refund. You’ll need to contact the InstantWare support team at [email protected], by chat or using the contact form and ask for it. 

If you need assistance with product installation or are experiencing any difficulties, please contact our support staff and provide a detailed description of the issue, along with attached screenshots of the error screens taken on your computer or mobile device.
